Your Itinerary
Day 1 – Dresden
Arrive in Dresden, the Florence on the
Elbe, and explore the historic town centre.
Discover the Baroque influence on the
city’s architecture, visiting the Zwinger
building and the restored Frauenkirche.
Day 2 – Dresden
Visit the Striezelmarkt, Germany’s
oldest Christmas market famous for its
time-honoured Stollenfest celebrations.
With its towering Christmas pyramid and traditional decorations, Dresden
epitomises the festive season perfectly.
Days 3 & 4 – Weimar
Travel by rail to Weimar. Set in the heart
of the UNESCO World Heritage Old Town,
Weimar’s Christmas Fair has a very special
festive charm. Stroll through the narrow
streets and the pretty market square
accompanied by the melodic sounds of
Christmas carols floating in the air.
Day 5 – Weimar
Transfer to Frankfurt for your return flight.
